The day of the BIG Hershey bar.

May 14th--Joseph's motivation for attending his recital this year, was not a performance factor, merely a love of finally receiving his 1st big chocolate bar for summer practice hours. And, by the way, he played Whiz Goes the train brilliantly, we were very proud of him, especially beaming grandparents!

May 9 - As a mom, I was truly spoiled today by my boys. From a traditional bkfast in bed to going to worship, to having my husband cook a scrumptious lunch with my favs to a great nap to a great bike ride with Sam and Joseph with my present--a bicycle. It is true one does not forget how to ride a bike, even though I may be sore tomorrow:) Kudos to my sweet hubby and Joseph, Sam, and Tate--I love you!!!!!!

May 2 - Sam takes 4th place in his 2nd Wylie Pedal Car Race in downtown. The best part was he raced in the car of his choice, a Pizzeria convertible. We loved cheering him on to the finish!
March 2010 - California, here we come!!!

We made it and, as you can see, ready for bed!

Disneyland - Day 1!

Legoland!

Fun at the beach!

Disneyland day 2 - Tate's Birthday!

Home, sweet home!

February 2010 - Sam's Birthday

To celebrate Sam's 5th birthday he had a gymnastics party at ASI. He wanted a Green Eggs and Ham theme. It was so much fun for all!

He requested the real deal--a green eggs and ham meal, what a highlight for Sam!

Tuesday's Recital

Joseph was asked to perform in a recital with some friends last night and he did such a great job!

Our January So Far...

We have been busy so far in 2010. A highlight for us this month was Deck's birthday and we celebrated at home with friends. He may be getting old, but he is still very fun. We have also finalized our trip to Disneyland in March. Tate wakes up daily saying,"Disneyland...March,my birthday...Woody...Buzz...Mickey Mouse" (in that order) and he just beams! Joseph and Sam loved going to the play Frog and Toad--sooo good, we just love those books. I have one toad and one frog and one combo! ha! My three sons loved breaking open the rocks of geodes they got at Christmas to uncover their beautiful crystals--they enjoyed hammering immensely!
